Buddy was born April 22, 1948, in Harvey, IL., to Wayne and Otella Angel.
Buddy is survived by his brother, Tom Angel of Orange Park, FL and by many family members and loved ones.
Buddy was the Owner, President, and CEO of Recoveries Unlimited, Inc. and IMGRail Consulting, formerly Interstate Management Group, for more than 30 years until he recently retired.
Buddy could accomplish anything he set his mind to do. He was extremely gifted in singing, as he spent many years traveling the Midwest singing Southern Gospel music with the Journeymen Quartet.
Buddy was a huge sports fan. He loved watching and reading about football, basketball and anything in between. He was a Jacksonville Jaguar season ticket holder for many years. He loved to invite family and friends and entertain them with tickets all throughout the season. Though he loved getting out and having a good time, one of his favorite pastimes was simply sitting at the kitchen table and watching his Netflix.
Buddy is remembered as a genuine and loving father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He had a heart of gold and never met a stranger. He was a one of a kind person and will forever be missed, and never be replaced.
